Rate: $45/hr
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform daily SAP order management activities, including managing order cuts, swaps, and system blocks.
- Generate and maintain daily order reports, ensuring data accuracy and timely distribution.
- Conduct Excel analysis using VLOOKUPs and formulas to track and analyze order performance.
- Utilize Qlik for comparison reporting and identify opportunities for process improvements.
- Provide adhoc support to resolve issues and improve efficiency in order management operations.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Proven experience in customer operations, with a strong focus on SAP order management and supply chain.
- Proficient in data analysis, with advanced Excel skills (VLOOKUPs, formulas).
- Familiarity with Qlik for reporting and analysis is strongly desired.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Education:
- Bachelor’s degree preferred, or equivalent experience in a related field.
