Our client, a financial services firm, is seeking a temporary recruiting coordinator to join their NYC team! This person will provide administrative support to the recruiting team and will assist with all responsibilities related to recruitment processes.
This is an ongoing/long term temp assignment with potential to later convert to perm for the right fit.
Location: Midtown
Hours: 9am – 6pm
*Hybrid Schedule
Responsibilities:
- Manage a high volume of candidate scheduling
- Provide a positive candidate experience
- Manage candidate travel booking, itineraries, and expense reimbursements
- Lead coordination for searches
- Support recruiters in candidate pipeline movement, collecting feedback and managing next steps
- Manage the full recruiting process in recruiting database
- Coordinate position specifications, scorecards, data entry, status updates, interviewer feedback, etc.
- Pull weekly recruiting reports
- Provide additional recruiting administrative support
- Manage recruiting email box
- Coordinate and execute events
- Additional tasks as assigned
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree
- 1-5 years of relevant administrative or HR experience
- Exceptional organizational skills and high attention to detail
- Ability to work alongside a team
- Strong communication skills
