These trends are heightened with racial and ethnic minority groups, contributing to health and economic disparities. Join us in revolutionizing healthcare through food.As a Food Partnerships Account Manager at NourishedRx, you will be responsible for managing relationships with current and prospective partners in our food network, ranging from small-scale to corporate entities, to ensure a high quality, nutritionally appropriate, and culturally concordant range of food options for our program participants.
Director of Compliance
The Director of Compliance is responsible for overseeing and ensuring that NourishedRx adheres to regulatory requirements and internal policies. They will lead the compliance program, ensuring that the organization operates within the various State, Federal and other applicable regulatory frameworks. This role involves developing compliance policies, conducting risk assessments, and providing guidance to ensure adherence to laws and standards. This role is critical for safeguarding the organization’s integrity and reputation, ensuring that all operations comply with necessary standards and regulations.
Responsibilities:
Policy Development: Create, implement, and maintain compliance policies and procedures.
Risk Management: Identify, assess, and mitigate compliance risks; conduct regular audits and assessments.
Training and Education: Develop and deliver compliance training programs for the workforce at all levels.
Monitoring and Reporting: Oversee compliance monitoring activities; prepare reports for internal leadership and external parties.
Stakeholder Engagement: Serve as the primary point of contact for all external compliance communications; collaborate with various departments to ensure compliance.
Regulatory Updates: Stay informed about changes in regulations and industry standards; update policies and practices accordingly.
Investigations: Lead investigations into compliance violations and implement corrective actions as necessary.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in law, business, or a related field; advanced degree preferred.
- Proven experience in compliance management, risk assessment, or related fields.
- Strong knowledge of relevant laws and regulations (e.g., GDPR, HIPAA, etc.).
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Detail-oriented with a strategic mindset.
- High level of integrity and commitment to ethical practices.
