Bay Area philanthropy-based investment firm seeks an Operations & Administrative Consultant to provide high-level support in a fast-paced environment for an 8+ month project duration.
Responsibilities includes calendar management, meeting preparation, travel planning, logistics, and expense reconciliation with the opportunity to gain experience in finance, investor relations, investment process flows.
Requirements:
- 2+ years experience in Investor Relations, Investment Operations or an Executive Assistant role at an investment firm, foundation or endowment.
- Strong analytical, verbal, and written communication skills.
- Requires someone who is proactive and comfortable identifying and communicating areas of opportunity.
- Excellent ability to prioritize and complete projects independently and on a timely basis
- Collaborative, service-oriented attitude with a strong work ethic.
- Excellent computer skills – experience with tools like Asana, Airtable, Salesforce, and Slack is required.
