Sales Coordinator
SYNLawn Texas - San Antonio branch is looking for a Sales Coordinator to join our quickly growing team!

Our company has grown so quickly over the past years that we are seeking an amazing individual to join our family who can provide white glove service to our customers.
Job Purpose:
To develop, support and/or expand all aspects of synthetic turf sales within the territory’s boxstore accounts, while assisting in other areas of the company as needed.
Major Responsibilities:
• Provide superior customer service to all existing and prospective clients
• Meet with clients daily to educate them on the different product options available based on their needs
• Evaluate and measure projects, run costing, and provide estimates on the same day of consultation
• Generate sales, meet monthly goals while maintaining company required margins. Strive for 30% “closing” rate or better
• Communicate effectively with Project Admin/Operations Department regarding sold projects
• Use CRM systems to complete follow ups and any necessary customer notes
• Maintain company reports updated daily
• Be extremely responsive to customers, respond all means of communication in a timely manner
• Assist with tradeshows and any lead generation events
• Analyze trends and keep management informed of actions to improve performance.
• Be a Team Player; assist with office duties and procedures as needed
• Comply with the Weekly “follow up Friday”/review of the previous weeks’ worth of bids/customers.
• Develop relationships with prospective clients.
Qualifications/Skills:
• Knowledge of the industry- preferred
• Bilingual is a plus
• Excellent Communication Skills
• Golf knowledge preferred
• Team player
• Ability to work with minimum supervision
• Strong organizational skills
• Microsoft Office capabilities
• Clear background check
• Work Saturdays if needed

Bonus / Profitability:
Salary paid bi- weekly. Commissions paid monthly or quarterly (depending on pay structure) based sales meeting company required margins
