Job Title: Senior Architect - SAP Capital Service Management
Location: Minneapolis (Hybrid, in office 3 days/week)
Duration: 6-month contract to hire
About the Role:
Seeking a Senior Architect to support and optimize SAP Capital Service Management (SM), S4 Service, Plant Maintenance, and related business processes through the Salesforce.com-integrated ServiceMax solution. As the technical owner within the business transformation program (S4 HANA), you will enhance and support SAP system functionality.
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with the Product Owner and stakeholders to improve business processes.
- Recommend technical solutions that meet business needs.
- Lead identification of business requirements and implementation within the Service-to-Cash process.
- Manage multiple priorities and configure the SAP S4 Service System.
- Ensure quality technical documentation and resolve technical issues.
- Design, test, and implement system enhancements.
- Provide support in S4 Service Management and interface with ServiceMax.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
- 5+ years of experience with SAP modules, including SAP ECC6 and/or S4HANA.
- Familiarity with SAP Service Management (SM), SAP SD, and PM modules.
- Experience with SAP core functionalities and enterprise SAP development projects.
- Strong communication, organizational, and analytical skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with S/4HANA Service Management and ServiceMax integrations.
- Familiarity with Advanced Variant Configuration in S/4HANA.
- Experience in the Medical Device or Life Sciences industry.
