POSITION SUMMARY
PEPM Group is looking for a highly driven business development manager to collaborate with various departments and achieve significant, measurable outcomes that advance our business goals. This role involves implementing a strategic sales approach that broadens our market presence and strengthens customer relationships. You'll engage in a dynamic environment where your insights and expertise can make a substantial impact.
OVERALL OBJECTIVE OF ROLE
To create, implement, and manage a business strategy that prioritizes customer relations and drives sales growth for PEPM Group.
RESPONSIBILITIES & DUTIES
· Develop & implement sales plans and KPI’s to maximize sales.
· Assume responsibility for sales to target accounts once established.
· Lead CRM engagements, manage the sales funnel, and conduct forecasting.
· Analyze competitor strengths, weaknesses, strategies, and tactics.
· Monitors and recommends pricing strategies.
· Use available cost and performance data to recommend a solution that best fits PEPM Group’s capabilities and customer requirements.
· Negotiate terms and conditions with accounts and facilitate discussions to reach equitable solutions.
· Identify potential new accounts within the assigned customer base and develop strategies to penetrate these accounts.
· Prepare and manage price quotations following established guidelines.
PRIMARY CUSTOMER FOCUS
To build and maintain relationships with current and potential clients through strategic networking, participation in industry events, and leveraging connections to grow the company’s client base.

REQUIREMENTS (KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & ABILITIES)
· Positive attitude and a strong “can do” attitude to business.

· Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
· Approximately 40 to 50% travel required.
· Able to develop and manage goals and objectives.
· Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook)
· CRM proficiency.
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE (required levels)
· Minimum Five years’ sales experience in the service business.
· Established track record of successful dealings with customers.
· Strong mechanical aptitude and knowledge of engineering.
· Minimum of five years outside sales experience
