Airframe & Powerplant (A&P) Technician
Full-Time, Permanent position
Hartford, Connecticut; Onsite

Key Responsibilities:
- Troubleshoot, repair, install, inspect, and maintain customer aircraft.
- Perform and document work in accordance with manuals and industry regulations.
- Follow general work requirements for shop, hangar, and factory environments.
- Comply with all Environmental Health & Safety policies and procedures.
- Participate in 5-S workplace organization activities.
- Operate ground support equipment as needed.
- Assist with aircraft maintenance at off-site locations as required.
- Perform mechanical and electrical removals and installations.
- Help with fueling, de-fueling, engine removal/installation, and component repair.
Required Skills and Experience:
- Airframe & Powerplant (A&P) certification is required.
- A minimum of 2 years of aircraft maintenance experience, or substantiated equivalent experience.
- Ability to read and work with mechanical engineering drawings.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills regarding aircraft status.
- Must own a basic set of hand tools and demonstrate inventory control.
- Ability to acquire Ground Support Equipment (GSE) qualifications.
- Willingness to work unscheduled overtime, including weekends and holidays.
- Comfortable working in various weather conditions.
- Ability to obtain a Security Identification Display Area (SIDA) badge.
- Corporate jet experience is preferred.
- Basic PC skills required.
