The Regional Sales Manager will have overall accountability for driving sales growth and building long-term client relationships in the Southeast area.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve regional sales targets.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities while nurturing existing client relationships.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure customer satisfaction and product alignment.
- Conduct market research to stay informed of industry trends, competitor activities, and potential sales opportunities.
- Prepare and present sales proposals, pricing strategies, and contract negotiations.
- Monitor sales performance metrics and provide regular reports to senior management.
- Participate in industry trade shows, networking events, and other promotional activities.
Qualifications:
- 5+ years of B2B foodservice sales experience.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
