STARR Restaurants is excited to unveil a culinary gem this Fall, in partnership with the world’s leading luxury brand. Le Café Louis Vuitton will be under the leadership of General Manager Anthony Puech in collaboration with the brilliant Michelin-starred Chef Christophe Bellanca. The team will create unforgettable dining experiences with thoughtfully crafted dishes that embody the elegance and charm of Le Café Louis Vuitton.
Now seeking a lead-by-example Chef de Cuisine who has a passion for creating exceptionally delicious food executed and served with care and consistency.
This position offers a comprehensive package including: A base salary range of $100,000 - $110,000 plus quarterly bonus potential up to 15%, comprehensive medical, dental, and vision coverage, life insurance, paid vacation and paid sick time, and dining discounts at over 25 affiliated STARR Restaurants.
Qualifications:
- 3 - 5 years of experience as an Executive Sous Chef or Chef de Cuisine in a culinary-driven restaurants
- Proven leadership capabilities that have focused on training and developing staff through a "coach-player" philosophy
- Energetic and enthusiastic with strong communication and organizational skills
- The ability to drive performance and success without compromising quality and consistency
- Strong PC knowledge and comprehension (Word, Excel, scheduling software, Applicant Tracking /Onboarding systems)
