Main Responsibilities:
1. Familiarity and knowledge of MES processes;
2. Analyze quality anomalies and promote improvement and follow-up of quality anomalies in each base;
3. Customer complaint exception improvement lead and implementation of follow-up 8D report response, and audit; cross-base customer complaints (including the project site inspection issues) coordination
4. Third party lab experiment follow up and exception handling;
5. Organize special inspections of typical product defects or executions and drive improvements;
6. Appearance & EL standards third-party benchmarking and regular updates to standards;
7. Contract review to reduce deviation rates;
8. Improvement promotion and highlights promotion in process reliability and process capability, execution of key issues in joint inspection bases
Requirements:
1. Bachelor's degree or above
2. 3+ years of experience working with solar photovoltaic modules
3. Familiar with SPC, FMEA, MSA and other TS16949 tools, as well as Six Sigma and other improvement tools, strong communication, expression, co-ordination skills, good business coordination skills; have a certain ability to promote, track, judge and advance the work, and have a certain on-site management skills
4. Skilled operation of a variety of office software, with data statistics, analytical skills
5. Proficient in listening, speaking, reading and writing English
