We are currently seeking a knowledgeable, consistent, and personable Maintenance Technician to join our Downtown Cincinnati team! The Maintenance Technician position is full-time, Monday-Friday, with an on-call assignment only every 6 weeks! Maintenance Technicians start at $18/hour, including paid training, with plenty of room for growth within the company!

Maintenance Technician Responsibilities Include:
- Troubleshooting issues quickly and efficiently in:
- Basic plumbing
- Light electrical
- HVAC
- Performing maintenance and repairs in a timely, cost-effective manner
- Completing make ready/turnovers
- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks in a dynamic setting
- Provide superb customer service to residents, vendors, teammates, etc.
- Managing work orders via iPhone
Maintenance Technician Qualifications:
- Valid driver's license
- HS Diploma or equivalent
- Minimum one year of experience in: light plumbing, light electrical, HVAC trouble shooting, apartment turnovers/make ready, facilities maintenance, or similar field
- Comfortable with hand tools
- Personable team-player
- Self-starter with critical thinking and problem solving skills
- Ability to participate in on-call rotation
- Ability to meet physical requirements:
- The position is considered to have moderate to heavy physical demands. While performing the duties of this job, the employee will be required to climb up to nine feet on ladders, work in overhead structures, walk, stand, twist, stoop, bend, squat, and kneel at least 90% of the workday. The employee will occasionally be required to lift, carry and/or move in excess of 100 pounds and frequently be required to lift, carry and/or move in excess of 50 pounds during the normal course of a workday.
