Position Overview: We are seeking an experienced Senior SAP Security Administrator to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in SAP security, role design, and compliance, with a proven track record in managing SAP security implementations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage SAP authorization concepts, role design, and user administration.
- Ensure SOX compliance and resolve segregation of duties (SOD) conflicts.
- Lead at least three end-to-end security implementations.
- Utilize SAP Security tables to identify authorization errors using SU53 and ST01, providing consultative support to the business.
- Design roles using various models, including Master/Derive and Value-based.
- Develop and manage Fiori roles.
- Work collaboratively with internal and external auditors to analyze SOD compliance and participate in SAP audit discussions.
- Document procedures and present findings to end users.
- Act as an effective team player in a dynamic environment.
Skills Required:
- Strong experience with SAP authorization concepts and role design.
- Proficiency in user administration and SOX compliance.
- Knowledge of SAP Security tables and troubleshooting authorization errors.
- Experience with Fiori role development.
- Familiarity with security role setup in S/4HANA (2021/2022/2023).
Skills Preferred:
- Knowledge of SAP GRC Access Control and Process Control modules.
- Experience performing SOD analysis and customizing SOD rulesets for custom transactions.
- Working knowledge of sensitive transaction analysis and SAP GRC 12.x modules.
Experience Required:
- Minimum of 7 years of SAP Security experience, with at least three full lifecycle implementations.
- Proficient in SAP security design, build, deployment, and audits for role-based security.
- Experience in security role setup with S/4 Core and/or S/4 EWM.
- Familiarity with configuring SAP GRC modules (Access Control, Process Control) is a plus.
- Experience troubleshooting workflow issues in GRC user provisioning.
- Familiarity with one or more NetWeaver products (ECC, SCM, CRM, XI, BI, QIM, SolMan, EWM).
Education Required:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or a closely related discipline.
