Day 1 Responsibilities:
- Testing New Capabilities: Evaluate and test new functionalities within the Hadoop platform.
- Customer Support: Assist customers in resolving any issues they encounter as they start using the platform.
- User Documentation Creation: Develop training materials and user documentation for effective onboarding.
Ongoing Responsibilities:
4. Code Optimization: Continuously update code as connections and conditions evolve.
5. User Program Migration: Plan and execute the migration of user programs, ensuring smooth coordination with production and system readiness.
6. Technical Engagement: Maintain a heavy technical focus while engaging with users to address their needs.
