Our client a Financial Services company based in Greenwich, CT is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Administrative Assistant who can support Senior Executive + team of 10 Investment Professionals
Hours: 8:30am - 5:30pm w/ flexibility for OT as requested
Location: Greenwich, CT
*Fully onsite 5 days/week
Responsibilities:
- Directly report to and support Senior Executive and team of up to 10 + Investment Professionals with all administrative duties
- Coordinate extensive calendar appointments and ever-changing schedules, answer and direct phone calls
- Manage complex travel arrangements, hotel bookings, event itinerary (both domestic and international travel)
- Organize and prepare for meetings (i.e. printing prep materials, ordering catering, setting up A/V needs, etc.)
- Track and maintain expense reports
- Draft email correspondence on behalf of Executive + team members
- Provide basic word processing, updating Microsoft documents, track and run redlines
- Assist with A/P invoicing, preparation, organization and processing
- Provide personal assistance duties as requested
Qualifications/Skills:
- Bachelors degree preferred
- 4 -5 + years of administrative experience within corporate setting, preferably in financial services
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Strong interpersonal communication skills, highly motivated, energetic and detail oriented
- Paralegal experience a plus
Pay range and compensation package:
$70,000 - $100,000 base salary (dependent on experience), OT eligible, discretionary year-end bonus, 100% paid benefits -medical, dental and vision + 401K match
