What We're Looking For:
- Proven experience managing teams of 2+ salaried employees and 40+ indirect employees.
- A minimum of 7 years in industrial/manufacturing experience.
- Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Word and Excel.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work in extreme weather conditions and rotating shifts.
- Ability to work at heights over 50 feet and lift 50 pounds.
Preferred Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent; community college or bachelor’s degree preferred.
