Hello! I am recruiting a CNC Set-Up level position within an awesome Contract Manufacturing / Job Shop manufacturing company located west of the Twin Cities metro that I would like to share with you.
The company is in great financial shape, is investing in capital improvements, automation, has a very good culture, impressive employee tenure, and is considering acquiring an additional company (or two)!
Here is an abbreviated list of job duties: (Please respond and I can get you all the details on the opportunity!).
- Lead/Coach/Train/Develop/Mentor machinist/operators and cross trains current employees on operations, set-ups, and procedures; assures proper and complete knowledge of such training is signed off.
- Highly advanced and skilled machinist. Go-to machinist for tight tolerance, high risk aerospace machining.
- Support team with 1st Article runs, Inspection with Aerospace grade materials and Aerospace standards
- Manage set-up, operation, and trouble shooting of a cell of 12 – 15 CNC machines.
Of course, this is a direct hire job, and since you would be leaving your current position (where I assume you are doing well) we would be trying to get you a raise from whatever you are currently making. If we can't, we won't move forward.
I would like to have a private conversation with you when you are okay to talk. My contact info is below - please let me know what works best!
Thanks!
Mark
