Job Description: We are looking for a skilled Allen Bradley Engineer with a proven track record in the pharmaceutical industry. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in designing, programming, and maintaining Allen Bradley control systems within a pharmaceutical environment. This role requires a deep understanding of industry regulations, process automation, and system integration to ensure the highest standards of quality and compliance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, program, and troubleshoot Allen Bradley PLC systems for pharmaceutical manufacturing processes.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement automation solutions that enhance production efficiency and quality.
- Ensure compliance with FDA regulations, GMP guidelines, and other industry standards.
- Perform regular maintenance and upgrades on control systems to ensure optimal performance and reliability.
- Provide technical support and training to maintenance and operations personnel.
- Document all engineering activities, including design specifications, validation protocols, and maintenance logs.
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to optimize manufacturing processes and reduce downtime.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Automation, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience working with Allen Bradley control systems in the pharmaceutical industry.
- Strong knowledge of PLC programming, HMI development, and SCADA systems.
- Familiarity with industry regulations such as FDA, GMP, and GAMP.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented, fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Certifications in Allen Bradley systems or related areas are a plus.
