Adecco Permanent Recruitment has partnered with a leading manufacturing client to recruit and hire a Product Engineering Manager (Reliability & Testing) in Nashville, TN. (relocation assistance may be available)
Responsibilities include but not limited to:
- Planning and directing projects to ensure product quality, performance, and reliability
- Developing test plans and leading field testing activities.
- Reviewing test outcomes, interpreting results and communicating findings to engineering teams.
- Performing Failure Modes and Effects Analysis (FMEA) and Advanced Reliability Modeling.
- Analyzing warranty data and providing insight and guidance to engineering teams.
- Establishing and enforcing engineering standards and procedures.
- Providing leadership, coaching, and guidance to 2-5 direct reports.
- Completing additional tasks as assigned.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering.
- 6+ years of experience in product development/design, with a focus on reliability, failure analysis and/or testing
- Expertise in Lean Six Sigma, Root Cause Analysis, FMEA/PFMEA, etc..
- Proficiency in Computer-Aided Engineering (CAE) tools, Solidworks, MATLAB, etc.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
