Job Title: Executive Assistant to CEO
Location: Beverly Hills, CA
Salary: Up to $130,000
Position Overview:
LHH is seeking a highly polished and professional Executive Assistant with 15+ years of experience in the legal or entertainment industry to support our client's CEO. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional organizational skills, a proactive attitude, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. This role requires discretion, strong communication skills, and the ability to maintain a high level of professionalism at all times.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide comprehensive administrative support to the CEO, including managing schedules, travel arrangements, and correspondence.
- Prepare and edit documents, reports, and presentations with a high degree of accuracy and professionalism.
- Coordinate meetings, including setting agendas, taking minutes, and following up on action items.
- Act as a liaison between the CEO and internal/external stakeholders, maintaining effective communication and relationships.
- Handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
- Assist with project management, tracking deadlines and deliverables to ensure timely completion of tasks.
- Manage and prioritize incoming inquiries, ensuring prompt and appropriate responses.
- Conduct research and prepare briefing materials for meetings and presentations.
- Organize and maintain files, both digital and physical, to ensure easy access to important information.
- Support special projects and events as required.
Qualifications:
- 15+ years of experience as an Executive Assistant, preferably in the legal or entertainment industry.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience is preferred.
- Exceptional organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with a keen attention to detail.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace, and other relevant software.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
- High level of professionalism and integrity, with a strong understanding of confidentiality.
- Proactive problem-solving skills and a positive, can-do attitude.
- Experience managing complex travel itineraries and schedules.
