We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled Project Manager to join our studio in Dallas, TX. This role is ideal for a professional who desires to be a part of our purpose - to inspire people to create meaningful human experiences.
The ideal candidate will work closely with a Senior Project Manager ensuring successful project management from conception through completion.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with Senior Project Manager on multiple projects.
- Manage bid-phase communications and addenda.
- Record and maintain project meeting minutes.
- Build and nurture client relationships to ensure satisfaction and trust.
- Conduct shop drawing reviews, handle RFI’s, ASI’s, CO’s, and PR’s during Construction Administration (CA).
- Attend Owner-Architect-Contractor (OAC) meetings.
- Coordinate with Project Architects and consultants.
- Maintain project conformance sets and specifications.
- Conduct site observations and issue detailed reports.
- Perform final site observations and produce punch lists.
- Gain exposure to and understand building codes.
Qualifications
- Licensure: Only licensed architects are eligible to apply.
- Education: A professional degree in architecture or a closely related field is required.
- Experience: A minimum of 5 years of experience in architecture is required. At least 1 year of experience in project management or assisting w/ project management duties.
- Communication & Relational Skills: Must have a demonstrated ability to build new client relationships. Professional and courteous verbal and written communication skills. Must be a strong collaborator.
- Technical Skills: Applicants must be proficient in REVIT.
- Location: Must be able to work in-office in Dallas, Texas.
