We’re looking to hire a Graphic Designer for a Fortune 500 global consumer client. Teams are very collaborative and have a passion for creating cutting edge customer experiences.
You’ll join the Design team to create print graphics for consumer products (hardlines). This is a 12 – month contract + possible extension. The team is located in El Segundo, CA, and the role is on-site 2 days /week (Monday and Thursday)
Graphic Designer Responsibilities:
- Create new graphics (30%) and replicate existing graphics (70%) for toy cars (resizing and reformatting) for screen printing
- Work with 1 Project Manager and 1 Product Designer
- Expert level Illustrator
- Create visually appealing and engaging designs of graphics for consumer products.
- Develop and maintain brand guidelines to ensure consistency across all marketing materials.
- Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to understand project requirements and develop creative solutions.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest design trends and technologies.
- Prepare final files for printing distribution.
Graphic Designer Requirements:
- Bachelor’s or Associate's degree in Graphic Design or a related field.
- Preferably 2-5 years of experience.
- Willing to learn and be flexible.
- Tools Required: Adobe CS, Adobe Illustrator
- Portfolios: Should feature bold, edgy graphics (e.g., car racing graphics, motorcycles)
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator). A solid understanding of printing and production processes is essential.
- Software Skills:Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Word and Outlook.
- Soft Skills: Excellent time management and organizational skills. Ability to juggle multiple projects and prioritize tasks effectively.

Digital inkjet (DIJ) printing experience
