Our client is a global organisation, currently continuing the implementation of their manufacturing excellence program with impacting and impressive results. As they are continuously acquiring organisations and expanding their products into innovative markets, the organisation's core goal is to define and roll out their 'one best way' and keep above their competitors in regards to safety, quality, cost and delivery. Their strive to reach their corporate goals requires constant continuous improvement and an aligned cultural mindset.
With this, they are seeking a professional to support the hands on tactical implementation of their Lean program, working across various manufacturing sites within the US States to demonstrate the tools, identify improvement and support the cultural transformation and approach to working. Therefore, they are looking for a Lean Consultant, comfortable with high levels of travel and being hands on in a manufacturing facility.

- Experienced and comfortable with weekly regional travel.
- Leadership experience from operations/manufacturing shopfloor.
- Mastery of a variety of improvement lean tools.
- Strong analytical and project management skills.
- Fluent in English
- Lean Manufacturing / Business System and Black Belt, Master Black Belt is a plus.
