Media Buyer - Heavy Meta Focus
FB Ad Management Experience: 3+ Years Required - w/ Budgets $100k/mo or More
We are looking for a Meta (FB) media buyer interested in working with a small team on large spend, and complex accounts. You have a track record supporting senior buyers on large projects but are ready to own a few accounts start-to-finish.
This is mostly remote with 1-3 days/week in office in Denver or Dallas, TX
This role handles high-level account strategy, some day-to-day execution of Facebook ad campaigns, and key client management.
Your work will directly affect our client's business, employees, and customers.

These competencies are required to be successful in this role:
3 years managing Facebook ads with spending over $100k+/mo. Bonus for direct-response / lead gen/e-commerce. We do not do ‘branding’ or boosted posts or like campaigns.
- Able to turn accounts around when performance slips and there is not an immediate, identifiable cause.
- Utilize FB reps, keep an open mind, but realize they will never tell you how to better optimize an account.
- Bring new ideas to the table before the clients ask.
- Fanatical attention to detail: Able to execute repetitive tasks with high accuracy. Your friends probably call you a neat freak - and that’s good with us!
- Realistic expectations. Not every day is a change in the world, make a dent moment. Able to find satisfaction in doing mundane, repetitive tasks well that have to get done.
- Strong Excel skills...as in you will be tested.
- Growth mindset around continuous improvement. Looks at setbacks as an opportunity for growth vs. a permanent roadblock.
