Your Role:
- Project Planning and Mobilization: Lead the initial phases of projects.
- Schedule Management: Handle CPM baseline, updates, narratives, and adjustments for changes and delays.
- Subcontractor Management: Ensure timely and accurate buyout processes, adhering to bonding policies.
- Safety Leadership: Actively promote and enforce company safety policies.
- Quality Control: Oversee and ensure adherence to the Quality Control Program.
- Financial Oversight: Guide Project Managers in setting up the Schedule of Values (SOV) to ensure positive cash flow.
- Cost Analysis: Review job cost reports weekly and monthly, identifying and addressing cost and schedule issues.
- Business Development: Engage in client relationships, proposals, and presentations for selected projects.
- Relationship Management: Build and maintain professional relationships with owners, architects, engineers, and subcontractors.
- Financial Management: Review monthly draw requests, manage change orders, and oversee invoice approval.
- Team Leadership: Supervise staff, provide feedback, and ensure proper training and development. Make decisions regarding hiring, discipline, and termination when necessary.
- Collections and Compliance: Ensure timely collections and project closeouts in accordance with contract documents.
- Contract Compliance: Understand and adhere to all contract terms, documents, and agreements.
- Project Transition: Facilitate the smooth transition of projects from estimating to field execution, including comprehensive project review meetings.

Preferred Qualifications:
- Education: B.A. or B.S. in Engineering, Construction Management, Architecture, or equivalent experience.
- Experience: 5 to 10+ years managing construction projects, with in-depth knowledge of contract documents, materials, equipment utilization, scheduling systems, productivity analysis, construction operations, and cash flow procedures.
- Software Proficiency: Experience with Viewpoint, Primavera P6, and Procore is strongly preferred.
