Locum CVT Surgical NP/PA Needed near Saginaw, MI Starting as soon as credentialed.
o Specialty:
- Cardiovascular Surgery APP
o Schedule:
- Call and Clinic
- Monday Friday: 7am 5pm
- One clinic day per week (8am 4:30 pm)
- Four Inpatient/OR days per week
- Plus Call: APP s take first call (ICU, ED, Outpatient)
- Weeknight/Weekend Call divided amongst three APP s
- Vein Call divided amongst two APP s (including this locum)
o Volume:
- OR Cases: On average 3- 8 cases per week
- CVICU: 10 bed unit
o Case Types:
- Open Heart Surgery
- Vein Harvesting
- First Assisting
o Additional Details:
- EMR: Athena in clinic and Sunrise Allscripts in hospital
- Required Certs: BLS, ACLS, Will not consider new grads
- MI License required or IMLC
- Due to the quick turnaround it would be ideal to already have MI license
- Average 50 Cases per year.
- Credentialing time frame: 4 weeks (Temps are available)
