Role and responsibilities
- Subject Matter expertise in Digital & Cloud transformation
- Demonstrated experience of shaping cloud infrastructure architecture considering various options
- Demonstrated experience of contributing to RFP processes, including client presentations
- Develop strong client relationships to gain a good understanding of business needs and opportunity areas
- Demonstrated experience of Developing capabilities and assets which accelerate modernization and cloud journey for clients.
- Support multiple projects from conceptualization and visualization to technology mapping and final execution of projects
Technical skills requirements
The candidate must demonstrate proficiency in,
- 5+ years of AWS infra-architecture experience –cutting across infrastructure migration, cloud infra setup on AWS
- 3+ years of DevOps setup and maintenance
- 3+ years of infrastructure setup and maintenance on multi/hybrid cloud
- 3+ years of Cloud native application development skills using Java / J2EE
- Working & Implementation experience in SAP LeanIX tool is mandatory
- Proven track record in designing and implementing scalable Microservices on AWS using Spring Boot.
- In-depth understanding of software development methodologies, design patterns, and best practices.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- AWS certification(s) will be a big plus
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with containerization technologies like Docker, Kubernetes.
- Familiarity with DevOps practices and tools.
- Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and automation tools.
- Any additional certifications in Java, Spring Boot, or AWS.
Nice-to-have skills
Experience with financial services (wealth management, banking) or life science domains
