Oracle EBS application Procure to pay Expert Functional consultant

The Sr. Oracle Application resource provides functional and technical support for Oracle applications within the Oracle E-Business Suite of Procure to Pay applications. These applications include but are not limited to Procurement, iSupplier, Inventory, Accounts Payable, Procurement Contracts, and Sourcing. Strong functional and hands-on experience in the maintenance of these apps and the ability to modify the setup and configuration of the modules is a must. Experience in SQL, SQL-plus, RICE components, OAF, Oracle forms, workflow, and XML is required.
1. Provide Oracle application functional and technical support within the Oracle E-Business Suite of applications (Procure to Pay) with an emphasis on functional support. Be able to modify existing configuration/setups within the apps to apply new user requirements
2. Interact with users daily to resolve open tickets and provide functional/technical solutions to all outstanding issues
3. Work independently and or as part of the technical team to address production issues, enhancements
4. Work with the DBA team to apply Oracle bug fixes, patches, production migration, etc.
5. Work closely with Oracle support to resolve production issues
Education: Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or other technical discipline.
General Experience: Minimum of 10 years of experience in application and systems development.
Specialized Experience: Minimum of 10 years of technical and functional experience in Oracle EBS functional support and at least two years in Procure to Pay application support.
Skillset: Ability to set up and configure Procure to Pay applications and changes to the configurations as requirements and Business needs change. technical proficiency in OAF, Oracle Forms, Oracle JDeveloper, Oracle Reports, Oracle Workflow Builder, Oracle Financial Analyzer, PL/SQL, SQL*Plus, SQL*Loader, XML Publisher, and API’s. Ability to develop new OAF pages/Forms and or modify existing OAF pages/Forms within the EBS application.
