Job Summary:
Access Healthcare is seeking an experienced Business Content Graphic Designer, to create visually compelling and effective presentations that communicate information clearly and engage the audience. You will collaborate across teams within the organization to understand their content and design needs, and then use your expertise in PowerPoint to transform concepts into polished presentations. The ideal candidate must be passionate about creating engaging presentations that tell a compelling story and have a keen eye for design to deliver content.
Supervisory Responsibilities:
This position has no direct supervisory responsibilities.
Duties/Responsibilities:
- Develop high quality design slides for PowerPoint presentations that align with our brand and services.
- Create a story line through the sequence of slides with new or existing presentation to create visually appealing, persuasive, effective presentations.
- Work across departments, subject matter experts, senior executives, and other stakeholders to understand their goals and requirements.
- Convert ideas and thoughts to graphical/pictorial representation and editable diagrams.
- Effectively gather project requirements, set expectations, and provide progress reports.
- Support teams by formatting raw slides as per the company standard slide templates & color palettes.
- Ensure accuracy of all data and consistency of design.
- Incorporate feedback and revisions to continuously improve the quality of presentations.
- Prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously to meet tight deadlines.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
Required Skills/Abilities:
- Proficiency in PowerPoint, Adobe Creative Suite, Flowcharts.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Knowledge of design principles and trends.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Time management skills to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
Education and Experience:
- Bachelor's degree / Associate Degree / Associate Certificate in a relevant field (Graphic Design, Communications, Marketing etc.) or equivalent experience in advanced design, video, and audio editing software.
- 3+ years of experience in design including presentation design and corporate pitch decks.
Physical Requirements:
- Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
- Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at times.
