JOB DESCRIPTION
Are you a creative powerhouse with a passion for storytelling? Do you have a knack for turning ideas into captivating content that resonates with audiences? If so, we want YOU to be our next Social Media Content Creator!
Duties Include:
- Content Creation: Develop and schedule engaging social media content—including posts and videos—tailored to the unique audiences of each platform, complete with compelling captions.
- Video Production: Capture and edit video content from live events, transforming them into captivating social media stories and reels.
- Brand Management: Maintain a consistent and professional brand voice across all accounts, ensuring our digital identity is cohesive.
- Community Engagement: Actively interact with our audience, responding to inquiries and comments to foster a vibrant online community.
- Innovation: Continuously explore and introduce new content ideas and marketing initiatives to enhance our social media impact.
- Audience Maintenance: Conduct routine audits to remove inauthentic followers, cultivating a genuine and engaged audience.
- Advertising Content: Create innovative advertising content for Pro Jury Services and Defect Attorney platforms to enhance engagement and lead conversion.
- Graphic Design: Generate diverse graphic content for various channels, including online platforms and print materials (brochures, magazine ads, flyers), using industry-standard software like Photoshop.
- Vendor Coordination: Collaborate with external vendors for the print and design of promotional materials, ensuring high-quality output.
- Digital Asset Management: Oversee and organize digital assets, including image libraries and videos, ensuring efficient file management.
Requirements:

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Communication, Graphic Design, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
Experience:
- 3-5 years of experience in social media management, content creation, and digital marketing campaigns.
- 3-5 years of experience in video editing and graphic design; portfolio required
- Proficiency in Photoshop, Adobe Premiere, and Canva (3 years minimum).
- Proven track record of successfully managing business social media accounts.
- Experience using a DSLR camera is required.
- Proven track record of having a highly engaged social media following (10, 000).
Skills:
- Skilled in utilizing analytics and social media monitoring instruments to gauge and amplify engagement and campaign success.
- Innate talent for composing original, on-brand captions that resonate with an audience.
- Exceptional organizational acumen, with an adeptness at juggling multiple projects under tight deadlines.
Personal Attributes:
- A creative visionary capable of generating and realizing ideas that captivate and engage.
- Talent for writing authentic, on-brand captions that connect with our audience.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with a team.
- Quick learner. Highly adaptable and able to pivot direction seamlessly in a fast-paced environment.

OTHER IMPORTANT INFORMATION
Supervisors – Reports to the VP of Marketing and Principal.
Status – Full-time, Monday through Friday, 9 a.m. to 6 p.m. Flexibility to work evenings and weekends as needed. Potential travel required.
Location – Beautiful office environment at the Segerstrom Performing Arts Center, across from South Coast Plaza.
Salary – Starting at $65K, depending on experience.
