Qualified Candidates Will:
- Have 2+ years experience in luxury retail sales or interior design OR be a career changer with a passion for interior design and 2+ years experience in sales or other related field.
- Present a track record of business success that demonstrates the ability to lead a sales process and achieve sales goals.
- Have a natural ability to engage, connect, and develop relationships.
- Be highly motivated by commission sales.
- Have a valid drivers license and access to a vehicle.
In This Role, You Will:
- Drive your business by making connections with clients in the showroom and through personal outreach.
- Partner with clients by listening to their needs, visiting their homes, and ultimately bringing their design dreams to life using our cutting-edge technologies and design tools.
- Have access to over 200 of the best brands in the industry, including Century, Four Hands, Bernhardt, Vanguard, Hancock & Moore, Baker, Rowe, Hickory Chair.
- Efficiently manage multiple clients and projects to meet or exceed monthly sales goals.
- Be supported by a dedicated team of client service, accounting, and delivery professionals.
