CV Resources has partnered with a growing company in Carlsbad for a Sr. Staff Accountant to join their team full-time! Will hire either direct hire or contract-to-hire based on the candidate.
They are hybrid with M/W/F onsite and T/TH are WFH!

MUST HAVES:
- Able to run the full close solo,
- Manufacturing experience,
- Strong Excel - VLOOKUPS, pivot tables, SUM/IFs
- BA or AA in Accounting.
Primary Responsibilities
· Full cycle accounting, closing the books each month by the 10th business day, providing the results to the CFO
· Oversee all reconciliations including, but not limited to, bank accounts, customer deductions and inventory management system (Cin7 Core)
· Supporting A/P and A/R staff in their duties
· Ensuring that procedures and protocols are up to date and effective
Necessary Skills and Experience
· Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or Associates Degree with commensurate experience
· 3-5 years accounting experience, preferably in manufacturing, e-commerce
· Excel advanced level
· QuickBooks Online
· Multitasker
· Fast learner
· Ability to meet deadlines
· Accurate, well-organized and detail-oriented
· Maintain and implement company policies and safety protocols
· Good communicator, able to express accounting issues to management
· Good mentor for the accounting team
