We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Senior Family Office Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have extensive expertise in tax structuring and corporate structures, with a focus on managing and optimizing complex financial structures for a prominent business family with significant domestic and international interests.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement tax-efficient strategies for complex ownership structures, including LLCs, trusts, and other vehicles.
- Lead all aspects of tax and estate planning to ensure solutions are holistic, sustainable, and aligned with the family's goals.
- Work closely with external advisors to ensure solutions are cost-efficient and productive.
Participate in substantial cross-border estate planning efforts, especially with India, to ensure seamless and tax-efficient estate and inheritance planning.
- Interface regularly with counterparts in the Indian family office to coordinate on cross-border initiatives and ensure compliance with local and international regulations.
