PAY: $50 to $65/hour in W2
Summary
- The Human Resources Partner will operate across Corporate Functions. This position is responsible for supporting multiple Senior HR Business Partners in organizational design, performance management, employee engagement, recruitment, talent development, employee relations, development of HR programs, training, and change management for specified client groups.
- Reports into a Director This position is based in NJ following a hybrid model (3:2) office/work from home and may occasionally require travel.
Essential Duties
Specific responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Partner with assigned HRBPs and business leaders to support all people strategies, including but not limited to:
- Develop a deep understanding of the culture and needs of client groups to align HR initiatives with the individual needs of business groups. Taking the time to build stakeholder relationships and evolve business acumen to assure trust and authenticity is threaded through all initiatives
- Partner with Senior HR Partners to leverage observations, data and feedback to develop and facilitate strategic client centric projects and working sessions focused on adding value and tailored solutions.
- Change management and integration activities, including process improvements in support of company’s strategies.
- Employee relations activities within the assigned client groups according to established guidelines and sound administrative practices and in accordance with the organization's mission, values, and goals.
- Provide HR expertise on employment laws and practices. Recommends and interprets guidance to clarify issues, resolve conflicting guidance, and/or alleviate other potential or existing problems, such as those pertaining to adverse actions.
- Conduct research and develop/recommend solutions and process improvements on HR related projects, processes, and policies aligned to company strategy, culture, and business practices.
- Prioritize people development, advise and coach managers to drive high performance.
- Partner on talent management practices related to leadership and employee development, performance, career and succession planning.
- Employ project management techniques to plan and manage projects and initiatives.
- Partner with HR COEs to provide support in Talent Acquisition, Leave Management, Compensation planning and other related HR programs and processes.
- Leverage people analytics to drive insights into action, with a focus on driving retention and engagement.
- Partner with Compensation and HR Services to review positions, new job descriptions and compensation adjustments.
- Partner with TA and HR Services for new/existing requisitions aligned with the headcount planning.
- Utilize the employee feedback from different surveys (quarterly engagement, onboarding, etc) to analyze/ compare results and follow up on the action items for designated groups.
- Support learning and development activities across client groups; help drive engagement and awareness of HR programs and the HR operating model
- Provide additional support and expertise as needed.

- Bachelor’s Degree in HR or related field
- Minimum 5 years experience in HR or related field
- Minimum 3 years experience supporting and influencing senior level leadership
- Ability to support corporate US and Canada employees
- HRIS experience, Workday preferred
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Strong presentation skills, including but not limited to data translation, deck builds, meeting engagement and follow up
- Excellent analytical skills to summarize data and recommend solutions/ next steps
- Excellent customer service and follow-through skills
- Strong learning agility, strategic thinking and problem solving
- Ability to operate in a matrixed environment
- Proven organizational, planning, project management, and prioritization skills to ensure proper and timely completion of projects
- Ability to multi-task and consistently meet daily, weekly, and monthly deadlines

- CIPD, PHR, or SPHR or other HR certification preferred.
