Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Business Banking Operations Specialist at West Gate Bank. Must be comfortable talking to existing and potential customers and able to make sound decisions as it relates to the finanical needs of customers while following policies and procedures of the bank.
Qualifications
- 1-3 years retail banking or business banking experience required
- ACH experience or accreditation desired
- Ability to train customers on how to use products such as Banno Business, Desktop Teller and Positive Pay
- Motivated self-starter, fast learner, works well with others
- Works well under pressure and deals well with deadlines
- Ability to communicate and adapt to multiple customers personalities
- Strong organizational skills, high level of accuracy and attention to detail
- Ability to maintain confidentiality
- Strong Communication and Customer Service abilities
