Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role (office in Basking Ridge) for a Recruiting Operations Assistant at Direct Sales Recruiting, LLC in Basking Ridge, NJ. The Recruiting Operations Assistant will be responsible for supporting the recruitment team in day-to-day operations, including coordinating interviews, managing candidate databases, and assisting with onboarding processes. The role will be covering 2 Recruiters going on Maternity Leave. Upon their return, you will be promoted to an Account Manager.
Hiring to Start in Dec / Jan 2025 – reports to an office in Basking Ridge
Qualifications:
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively

Offering:
- Hourly $20-$25/hr
- Quarterly and Year end Bonus based on performance
