As a Senior Compensation and Benefits Manager, will lead our compensation and benefits programs. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of compensation and benefits strategies, experience in designing and implementing competitive compensation packages, and a strong ability to analyze market trends to ensure our offerings remain attractive and competitive. This role requires strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and a passion for creating impactful programs that support employee engagement and retention. This role will report to the Vice President of People Experiences.
How will you contribute:
- Develop and implement compensation and benefits strategies that align with organizational goals and objectives.
- Oversee the design, development, and administration of employee compensation programs, including base pay, incentives, and bonuses.
- Conduct regular market analysis to ensure our compensation and benefits offerings remain competitive.
- Lead the annual salary review process, including budgeting, benchmarking, and salary structure adjustments.
- Partner with HR leadership to develop and implement comprehensive benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and other employee benefits.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and laws governing compensation and benefits programs.
- Analyze compensation and benefits data to identify trends, opportunities for improvement, and areas of risk.
- Colaborate with cross-functional teams to address compensation and benefits-related issues and provide strategic guidance.
- Lead and develop a team of compensation and benefits professionals, providing mentorship, guidance, and support.
Minimum Requirements/Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Finance, or related field; Master's degree preferred.
- 7+ years of experience in compensation and benefits management, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
- Strong understanding of compensation and benefits principles, practices, and trends.
- Proven track record of designing and implementing successful compensation and benefits programs.
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven recommendations.
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate across all levels of the organization.
- Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Certified Compensation Professional (CCP) or Certified Benefits Professional (CBP) designation preferred.
- Proficiency in HRIS systems and Microsoft Office Suite.

Base Salary Range: $84,500 - $104,000 per year, based on candidate professional experience level. Employees are eligible to participate in Medical, Dental, Vision, Life Insurance, 401(k), Holidays, Vacation, Tuition Reimbursement Program.
The final salary offered for this position may take into account a number of factors including, but not limited to, location, skills, education, and experience.
