Role Description
This is a full-time on-site Salesperson role at Workplace Resource LTD in Worcester, MA. The Salesperson will be responsible for prospecting new clients, building relationships, understanding client needs, presenting solutions, negotiating contracts, and closing sales. The role will involve collaborating with the design and project management teams to deliver tailored workplace solutions to clients.
Qualifications
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Proven track record in sales and business development
- Ability to understand client requirements and present effective solutions
- Experience in building and maintaining client relationships
- Knowledge of workplace design, furniture, and ergonomics is a plus
- Goal-oriented, self-motivated, and driven to achieve sales targets
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
