This Property Management Coordinator will be a key liaison for the tenants and a key support person for the management team. It is a highly varied role, and this PMC will be “the hub.” Tasks will include:
- Tenant Assistance
- Tenant Communications
- Lease Administration
- Financial Support
- Purchase Orders
- Maintenance Orders/Work Requests
- Event Planning

This hybrid position requires 4 days on-site at the RTP campuses and 1 day from home.
Targeted candidate will offer a BA/BS degree and 1+ years of experience in a professional business setting. Some experience in a client-facing role is expected. Will consider top recent grads with professional internships. Track record of high performance (including a strong GPA) is required.
