We are currently seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a SeSo NA Sales Manager. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service by addressing requests for spare parts on sold equipment. Your role will also involve performing essential administrative tasks to ensure the smooth operation of our department.

Responsibilities:
Customer Relationship Management:
· Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing customers across Canada and the U.S.
· Act as the primary point of contact for all SeSo sales-related inquiries and issues.
· Follow up with customers regularly to ensure satisfaction and identify opportunities for additional services.
Sales & Quoting:
· Create accurate and competitive quotes for service contracts, sharpening contracts, and modifications/upgrades.
· Work closely with the technical team to understand customer requirements and provide tailored solutions.
· Negotiate contract terms and pricing to close deals effectively.
Opportunity Management:
· Identify and create new sales opportunities within the CRM system; updating them regularly and logging all correspondence in regard to the opportunity.
· Maintain an up-to-date and accurate sales pipeline, ensuring all opportunities are tracked and followed up in a timely manner.
· Develop strategies to convert leads into sales and grow the aftermarket business.
Budget & Sales Pipeline Management:
· Manage the annual budget for aftermarket sales, ensuring targets are met or exceeded.
· Regularly review and update the sales pipeline, forecasting future sales and identifying potential risks.
· Report on sales performance, providing insights and recommendations to senior management.
Market Analysis & Strategy:
· Conduct market research to understand industry trends, competitor activities, and customer needs.
· Develop and implement sales strategies to capture new business and expand market share.
· Stay informed about product updates, industry developments, and best practices in SeSo sales.
Collaboration & Teamwork:
· Work closely with the marketing team to develop promotional materials and campaigns.
· Collaborate with the service and support teams to ensure seamless service delivery and customer satisfaction.
· Participate in regular sales meetings and provide updates on SeSo sales activities.

Qualifications

- Background in Technical environment would be a plus
- Bilingual in Spanish or French would be a plus
