The nonprofit organization is focused on serving its clients with a mission-driven approach, fostering a positive and professional work environment. The Executive Assistant will play a key role in supporting the President/CEO and other senior executives in achieving organizational goals.
Job Description:
The Executive Assistant provides professional administrative support of a complex and confidential nature to the President/CEO. This role requires coordination, communication, and discretion, representing the executive office through correspondence, telephone, and personal interactions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate appointments, seminars, travel, and business activities for the President/CEO.
- Handle incoming/outgoing calls and mail for the President/CEO.
- Maintain files and manage the central filing system for the Foundation.
- Prepare and submit expense reports for the President/CEO.
- Supervise daily office operations and manage office supplies.
- Assist in communication with the Board of Directors.
- Collaborate with senior management on progress reports and financial updates.
- Proof and edit reports, presentations, and other written communications.
- Assist with the maintenance and updates of the strategic plan and Conflict of Interest Statements.
- Ensure the completion of performance management tools and use SMART goals for annual reviews.
- Provide support to senior management as requested.

- Excellent writing, editing, organization, and communication skills

- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)

- Education:
- High School Diploma or GED required
- College degree preferred
- Experience:
- 5+ years of executive administrative or related experience
- Physical Requirements:
- Ability to sit for extended periods
- Fine motor skills for keyboard use
- Ability to lift file boxes (~20 lbs)
- Licensure: None required
