Job Posting: Sr. Administrative Assistant

LHH is seeking a Sr. Administrative Assistant for our client's Accounting team to support the department's administrative needs, directly reporting to the Director of Accounting & Controller.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage administrative tasks such as team calendar coordination, meeting scheduling, phone support, and correspondence management.
- Assist in preparing budget reviews, variance analyses, and invoice reviews.
- Support project management by creating and updating workflows, preparing documentation, and tracking progress to meet team objectives.
- Prepare meeting materials, including PowerPoint presentations for executive meetings.
- Coordinate special events for the department, such as lunches and team outings.
- Manage department expenses and receipts using Concur.
- Help organize and prioritize workloads to meet deadlines.
Qualifications:
- 2-5 years of administrative experience, ideally within an Accounting or Finance department.
- Experience with budget reviews, variance analyses, and invoice reviews is highly preferred.
- High School diploma or equivalent required.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a professional demeanor.
- Basic knowledge of finance and accounting is preferred but not required.
- Detail-oriented with a proven track record of providing exceptional customer service and problem-solving.
- Ability to manage multiple projects while maintaining organization and efficiency.
- Self-motivated and able to work independently while contributing to a team environment.
- Flexible and adaptable to changing business needs.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Word); familiarity with Asana, Slack, and Microsoft Teams is a plus.
- Strong ethical standards, with the ability to handle confidential information professionally.
