About the Role:
Job Title: Production Support Engineer
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide technical support to resolve issues within multiple components of critical business systems.
- Analyse, troubleshoot and resolve issues related to application functionality, performance, and availability
- Collaborate with development teams to identify root cause and provide solutions to recurring issues
- Ensure that all incidents are tracked and resolved within the agreed-upon SLAs .
- Monitor system performance and identify potential issues before they impact the production environment
- Develop and maintain documentation for support processes and procedures.
- Participate in on-call rotation and provide support during non-business hours
Must Have:
- 5-6 years of experience.
- Strong working experience in Support Incidents and Bug fixes.
- High level Understanding of different database systems like Oracle, SQL Server.
- Good troubleshooting skills and ability to work independently and directly with the client.
- Basic understanding of AWS or AZURE based cloud experience.
- Should have good communication and presentation skills.
- Nice-to-Have Skills Description: Retail domain experience.
- Previous experience in Java Support based projects
- Strong knowledge of Core Java good to have Spring boot framework and Spring Batch
- Hands on experience in web services (REST/SOAP)
- Exposure to basic querying skills using SQL and PL/SQL
- 5-6 years of experience.
- Strong working experience in Support Incidents and Bug fixes.
- High level Understanding of different database systems like Oracle, SQL Server.
- Good troubleshooting skills and ability to work independently and directly with the client.
- Basic understanding of AZURE based cloud experience.
- Should have good communication and presentation skills.

Location: Pittsburgh, PA (Hybrid)
Salary Range: The salary for this position is between $80000 - $100000 annually. Factors which may affect pay within this range may include geography/market, skill, education, experience, and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
