Position Summary: In this key position, you will define and drive sales strategies throughout Boston, owning the territory development plan. Deliver impactful outcomes by leveraging your understanding of Genomics and Synthetic Biology for drug discovery, drug development, gene-to-antibody, and proteomics workflows. Drive growth by acquiring new customers / new accounts and expanding market penetration within existing accounts. and collaborate extensively within a dynamic team environment to deliver customer-centric value, driving revenue growth.
Qualifications & Expertise: What You Will Bring
- Minimum required education: Bachelor's Degree in a Life Sciences field.
- 5+ years of relevant Genomics or Synthetic Biology experience in a commercial role with a proven track record of success in account management, exceeding targets and driving revenue growth.
- Segment experience with Pharma, Biotech, Government Agencies and Academia.
- Familiarity with most common Sequencing, Synthetic Biology, cell and gene therapies, and molecular biology lab techniques.
- Ability to travel 50% including overnight stays.
Salary:
Depending on experience, budget around $140,000 basic salary with a $60,000 incentive plan and $625 per month car allowance. Comprehensive benefits are offered in addition to salary.
