Space Mechanical Engineer Role – Lunar Machinery Design
This company is at the forefront of developing space hardware for lunar production! The team are designing and building powerful, vertically deployable hardware for the Lunar surface.
What You'll Do:
- Conceptualize, design, build, and test structures for the Lunar surface.
- Define system requirements, conduct trade analyses, and document processes.
- Collaborate with teams to integrate hardware with supporting subsystems.
What We’re Looking For:
- Degree in Mechanical or Aerospace Engineering (or related field).
- Experience with CAD and engineering analysis.
- Proven ability to lead projects from inception to completion.
- A passion for space engineering & exploration.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Post-graduate degree in a technical field.
- Experience in space application hardware design and testing.
- Knowledge of mechanisms and thermal systems.
