Head of Data Science & AI
(Relocate to Vietnam)
NexGen Global ๐ has teamed up with one of Southeast Asiaโs most pioneering organisations. If you're passionate about AI implementation - we are currently recruiting for a Head of Data Science & AI (based in Vietnam).
What you will do:
- Define and lead the organisationโs Data Science & AI vision and strategy, ensuring alignment with business goals and technology innovation
- Implementation of AI technologies: GenAI, Computer Vision, NLP, Deep Learning, Multi Agent Systems, Recommender Systems & Speech Recognition
- Oversee a high performing team of 15+ AI Scientists & Engineers, with plans to further expand the team
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI solutions into products and services
- Ensure the ethical use of AI technologies; considering privacy, fairness and transparency in AI models
- Communicate AI initiatives, progress and results effectively to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
Whatโs already expected?
- Masters degree or PhD in Computer Science, Statistics, Data Science, AI, Machine Learning or related fields.
- Proven track record of successfully leading AI-driven projects from concept to production in a fast-paced, innovative environment
- Experience overseeing teams of 15+ AI Engineers, Scientists & Researchers
- Deep expertise in the implementation of deep learning AI technologies
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to present complex AI topics to a variety of audiences
- Exposure overseeing budgeting, resource allocation and project timelines
