About the Role:
As a Client Service & Marketing Operations Associate, you will be a member of our detail-oriented team in an ever-evolving environment. This is not your typical marketing position. Your main responsibilities will focus on ensuring incomparable client service while balancing the operational needs of the organization which include:
- Lead generation management and expansion
- Database organization and maintenance
- Business processing
- Research and deployment of niche markets
- Relationship building with clients and prospective clients
- Frequent client interaction both over the phone and in-person
- Assisting with coordinating, scheduling and setting up appointments & events
This is a hybrid position, with the potential to be in the office up to 2 days a week. When not in the office, our team is set up to work from home with full functionality. This position requires up to 2 evenings a week while maintaining a balance of 40 hours per week for a healthy work/life balance.

- Must be able to quickly adapt to new systems
- Four-year undergrad degree required
- Financial services experience not required!
