RESTAURANT ASSISTANT GENERAL MANAGER
Candidates for this position must be a polished restaurant manager; passionate about guest service and leading a team. The Assistant General Manager will assist the General Manager with all operational duties including:
- Hiring, Training, Coaching staff.
- Daily operations of this high volume, full-service restaurant.
- Vendor relations.
- Financial reporting
RESTAURANT ASSISTANT GENERAL MANAGER JOB DETAILS:
- 3+ years of restaurant manager in an upscale, high volume concept.
- Must have career stability and progression. We like to see long tenure and loyalty.Must be P&L literate. Must be able to work days/ nights & weekends
