Core Projects Energy provides fast response local sales, training, and after-sales customer service for Globe Power products in the USA.
Role Description
Work under the supervision of Owners and Department Manager to perform administrative management of the development and operations of a renewable energy technology manufacturing and distribution company that supplies world-leading products designed and manufactured in Australia and Asia.
This is a full-time on-site role in the San Antonio, Texas Metropolitan Area for an Administrative Assistant. The Administrative Assistant will be responsible for providing administrative support, including answering phones, communication, executive administrative assistance, clerical skills, scheduling, and coordinating events. The Administrative Assistant will also be responsible for managing and distributing information within the office, filing documents, and maintaining accurate records.
Qualifications
- Experience in administrative assistance and clerical skills
- Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills
- Experience with executive administrative assistance
- Ability to maintain accurate records and files
- Proficiency
in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook).
- Excellent time management and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and with a team
• High School Diploma.
• Current Driver's License
• Four (4) years of administrative support experience.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Listens intently and gets clarification where needed.
• Ability to work independently and efficiently with minimal supervision (self-motivated). Ability to work in a
fast-paced environment and a positive attitude.
•Attention to detail.
Preferred Qualifications:
Two (2) years of office management experience.
Advanced skills in Publisher (or other desktop publishing software) Adobe, and Canva.
Ability to update websites
Experience in configuring software for customer relationship management (CRM)
software.
