We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated New Home Sales & Marketing Associate to support our Director of Sales in managing daily sales operations and driving strategic initiatives.
Position Overview:
The New Home Sales and Marketing Associate will be responsible for driving sales and marketing efforts for our new homes and communities. This role involves working closely with potential homebuyers and agents, guiding them through the sales process, and ensuring a positive and informative experience. The ideal candidate will be highly organized and detail-oriented and have a passion for real estate, excellent communication skills, a proactive approach to sales and marketing. This role will work closely with the Director of Sales and offers an exciting opportunity to work closely with top leadership in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Sales:
- Greet and engage with potential homebuyers and their agents, providing detailed information about our homes and communities.
- Conduct tours of model homes and available properties.
- Follow up with leads, schedule appointments, and maintain consistent communication with prospective buyers.
- Assist buyers with the home purchase process, including contracts, financing options, and closing procedures.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Schedule and coordinate staging & photography of completed homes.
- Prepare all required paperwork for new listings and enter new home listings into the MLS.
- Act as point of contact for agents with prospective buyers and present all offers to Director of Sales.
Marketing:
- Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract potential homebuyers.
- Create and distribute marketing materials, including brochures, flyers, and social media content.
- Plan and execute community events and open houses.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create and manage digital marketing campaigns.
- Maintain a strong online presence through website updates, social media engagement, and email marketing.
Customer Service:
- Provide exceptional customer service throughout the sales process and after the sale.
- Address customer/agent inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally.
- Build and maintain positive relationships with homebuyers, agents and potential clients.
Market Research:
- Conduct market research to stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and local market conditions.
- Provide insights and recommendations based on market analysis.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Real Estate, or a related field preferred.
- NC Real Estate License
- Proven experience in sales, preferably in real estate or new home sales.
- Sharp organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
- Strong understanding of marketing principles and techniques.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in using Canopy MLS and Showingtime
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and as part of a team
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
- Ability to work weekends and evenings as needed.
- High level of professionalism, integrity, and discretion
